About Reclaim
Reclaim is a private wellness and recovery app for iPhone. It provides guided panic support sessions, daily journaling, kegel training, mindfulness practice, and progress tracking through four rolling wellness scores. All data is stored locally on your device — no accounts, no cloud sync, no tracking.

Getting Started
When you first open Reclaim, you will complete a short onboarding questionnaire to personalize your experience. The app will then download guided audio content (approximately 832 MB). This download requires a stable internet connection and sufficient storage. Once complete, the app operates fully offline.
Frequently Asked Questions
The audio download is stuck or failed
Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection and at least 1 GB of free storage. Close the app completely and reopen it — the download will resume where it left off. If the issue persists, restart your iPhone.
I lost my data after deleting the app
All Reclaim data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. To protect against data loss, use iCloud device backups (iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup).
Notifications are not working
Check that notifications are enabled for Reclaim in iOS Settings > Notifications > Reclaim. Also verify that reminders are turned on within the app's settings screen.
The app is using a lot of storage
Reclaim downloads approximately 832 MB of guided audio for offline use. This enables the app to work completely without an internet connection. This storage usage is expected and necessary for core functionality. To check your available storage, go to iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage. We recommend having at least 1.5 GB of free space before installing.
The app crashed or is not responding
Force-close the app by swiping up from the app switcher, then reopen it. If the issue persists, try restarting your iPhone. As a last resort, you can reinstall the app — but note that reinstalling permanently deletes all your data. If you continue to experience crashes, please contact us at support@try-reclaim.com with your device model and iOS version.
Is my data private?
Yes. All data stays on your device. Reclaim does not use accounts, cloud sync, analytics, or tracking of any kind. No personal data is ever transmitted to any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What is the age requirement?
Reclaim is intended for adults aged 18 and older. The app is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store due to its content related to sexual wellness and recovery.
Does Reclaim support accessibility features?
Yes. Reclaim supports VoiceOver and Dynamic Type for accessibility. If you experience any accessibility issues, please contact us at support@try-reclaim.com.
